| 1) Forwarding Methods and Costs. |
Manor House Workshop ships his products in very strong and absolutely save packs, via express carrier for all Europe and via normal post for the rest of the world.
For foreign orders (we mean outside Italy) is required the payment in advance (please see below).
For this type of payment, shipping costs are 14,00 €uro for each pack (from 3 Kg up to 15 Kg).
Manor House Workshop accepts Mastercard and Visa credits cards.
We have other payment in advance methods allowed, like internationa bank found transfer, bank cheque, banker's draft... we suggest you to write or call us to check out all of them or to have suggestions about which is the best for your needings.
| 3) How to verify packaging and forwarding costs. |
It's complex to determine these costs, because it depends by the products weight and volume, and by the forwarding destination (inside or outside Europe). So, first of all, send us via e-mail the list of only codes and quantities you want to purchase, and we'll send you back the exact forwarding & shipping costs, that you'll have to specify in the Order Form.
